MONROE, N.C. — Two men have been charged with assault and kidnapping after allegedly beating a woman they met on MySpace.com. Sherry Poteat, of Gastonia, said she went to the Best Value Inn in Monroe, expecting to attend a family reunion with a man she met on the social networking Web site.
